Rasa Yoga focuses on the alchemy of yoga: mantra, mudra, asana, pranayama, meditation, functional anatomy, shadow work, and Tantric yoga philosophy.
The phoenix is one of the most legendary symbols of alchemy. This mythic firebird represents rebirth, truth, healing, devotion, and divine life purpose.

Henley is just 30 miles from central London and a short drive from Windsor, Reading and Oxford. It is easily accessible from the M4, M40, A4130 and A4155. It is also just an hour by train from London Paddington.
There is plenty of short and long stay car parking!

Fire Sadhana - pranayama, standing poses, functional anatomy, form and flow
Afternoon: Track Your Shadow
Nectar Sadhana - seated forward folds, mantra, mudra, meditation, shadow skills
DAY 2 | APRIL 28
Morning: Open with Compassion
Fire Sadhana - pranayama, backbends, chanting, and listening skills
Afternoon: Poison into Nectar
Nectar Sadhana - clarity, compassion, therapeutics, and emotional intelligence
DAY 3 | APRIL 29
Morning: Blaze your Light
Fire Sadhana - pranayama, arm balances, and sequencing maps
Afternoon: Song of the Phoenix
Nectar Sadhana - storytelling, art of theming, and teaching skills

Bio:
Sianna Sherman is an international yoga teacher, storyteller, and speaker at conferences and festivals throughout the world. She is the founder of Rasa Yoga, Mythic Yoga Flow®, and RITUAL. Sianna touches the human heart through story and offers teacher trainings, workshops, retreats, pilgrimages, and online studies. Her training includes three decades of study with master yoga teachers and scholars in India and abroad, as well as a background in bodywork, anatomy, herbalism, feminine studies, and climate reality training. She is currently dedicated to social justice education and to unpacking her own white privilege. In addition, she is in a two-year mentorship for shadow work and emotional intelligence. Sianna is committed to being Love In Action here on earth to serve.

Sam was born in South Africa where she grew up with a passion for sports and the outdoors. She was raised with Indian philosophical teachings and her desire for both spiritual and physical development led her to the practise of Hatha yoga. However it was the combination of movement with breath whilst creating heat, strength and flexibility that got her hooked on Ashtanga yoga and creative Vinyasa Flow.
Sam’s classes are both challenging and fun. Her aim is to guide you on a journey into your body where you will discover new strengths, flexibility, increased mental clarity and confidence.
