This is a great session for beginners as we break each pose down in detail. Equally suitable for those wishing to refresh or refine their practice.This 2.5 hour long workshop will help you gain a deeper understanding of Ashtanga yoga and improve your practice. We will cover the following:
- Short section on yoga history and philosophy
- Pranayama (breath) techniques
- Detailed exploration & practice of key poses
- Understanding muscles used in fundamental poses
- Restorative practice and relaxation

Stacey teaches invigorating, dynamic yoga classes, which will leave you feeling strong, flexible and grounded. Classes are strongly influenced by Ashtanga so expect lots of movement, and a physically challenging practice!
All levels are welcome to all classes though, so even if you have not tried yoga before come and give it a go. All you need is a mat and an open heart and mind!
