Ashtanga is a sequence that flows from standing poses, to seated, twists, backbends and inversions. It's a well rounded practice that works the whole body. It instills discipline, focus, poise, compassion and patience. This workshop will work you hard, but leave you feeling incredible. Enjoy the process of linking the breath with movement, creating a moving meditation. Enjoy the challenge, but bring yourself into focus with learning the philosophy of Pratyahara, Enjoy the deep rest that comes after working your body and mind in unison. You wont regret attending.

This workshop is not for 'complete' beginners, but is open to all levels as we break down poses to make them accessible for every 'body'. We feel it's important to share our combined knowledge to honour your individuality, your body and minds needs within each practice.

This is going to be an amazing opportunity to reconnect in person, to learn, to laugh and to all come closer together within the yoga community.

Victoria is based in Worcestershire England, teaching predominantly in Kidderminster, Stourport & Bewdley. With over 8 years experience and a huge passion for body and mind connection within each class you will see the spark, the love & the passion she carries for what she does.

Victoria offers a spirited exploration into the movement of the body and the power of the mind. Classes offer a deep physical practice, that can be playful and really tune you back into yourself. From setting intentions to yogic philosophy you will leave classes with a new curiosity for life. Every class is different, and you never know whats coming next, sometimes she will explore peak poses, challenging flows, yin, rest and meditation but what she loves to teach the most is self care and love, that everything you learn on the mat translates into life, when you're faced with challenge you don't run from it you stand within it, hold it, find power within it! Not only do you become stronger physically but mentally, upon attending a class you will see yourself and life in a whole different perspective.

The explorations within the body also help you have an understanding of the world around you, with practices based around movement, the language used can often be visualisations helping you to easier understand your human nature, our instincts, our behaviours and emotions. In turn with more awareness you can create a well rounded, open, honest, connected and fulfilled life.

Nature plays the largest role within Victoria's life, the unknown, the adventure and the spontaneity, the interconnectedness of the world. We are so delicate and minute in comparison, to feel at one with nature allows you to be yourself, surrounded and supported by the vast landscape.
When Victoria isn't doing Yoga she's very often out exploring with no destination.

In each class she encourages and motivates students to enjoy their own time and space and learn to honour their individual practice. Classes are open to all levels, honouring you as you are and inspiring you to be the best version of yourself.
