Yoga in the morning will help you to release and let go and to free creative energy and in the afternoon you will create your own visionboard, a fun but powerful way to envision your dreams and wishes, creating positive visualisations so that you begin to attract the changes in your life to make your dreams a reality. Led by Annie Raynor and vision board facilitator Sarah Agar-Brennan in a beautiful setting overlooking the Wharfe valley.

Hi, yoga can help you reduce stress and anxiety, sleep better, learn to relax and ease back pain, get in touch with yourself and generally feel healthier and better. You don't have to be fit or flexible and yoga is very definitely a practise for all ages and abilities! I am an experienced qualified and insured yoga teacher qualified in the Dru tradition (Dip DYT 200hr, Bsc) and a qualified Dru Yoga Dance Teacher and I teach all levels in nurturing and friendly classes. I offer classes weekly on Tuesdays, wednesdays, thursdays and monthly Friday evening gentle yoga and yoga nidra in Otley and Askwith, alongside regular workshops and retreats,private one-to-one, and workplace yoga.
