A chance to enjoy a relaxed, informative and practical afternoon focusing on care of those areas we often feel pain and hold tension - our back, neck and shoulders. We will learn in an interesting and interactive way from Chelcie Galway a Sport Therapist and Lecturer about the anatomy, take time to explore and practice effective Dru yoga exercises taken from the Dru Backcare Programme and experience beautifully guided Emotional Freedom Techniques with local EFT Practitioner Carmen Gilfillan to better manage pain. We will bring together our shared knowledge and passion for healing so together we can move more comfortably through 2018.
Light healthy refreshments will be provided and access to useful relevant literature during the break.
