You may have heard a lot about yoga but been a little nervous of taking that first step, so a beginners workshop may be the perfect opportunity to find out if yoga is for you.
The 90 minute workshops are designed for you to try out some basic yoga postures and relaxation techniques, learning amongst like-minded people……..and also having some fun!
You just need to wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in as all mats etc are provided.

MMyoga is based in Bangor, Co Down, operating out of Ward Park Arras Pavilion, and offers yoga classes (catering predominantly for beginners to yoga, and improvers) as well as Mindful Meditation workshops.
We offer both drop in classes as well as short 6 week courses for the absolute beginner, so if you have always wanted to try yoga, but find it daunting to think of going into a yoga studio where everyone knows what they are doing and seem able to bend themselves into ever convoluted shapes, then this is the place for you.
Offering an environment where everyone is starting from a zero-knowledge basis, the Absolute Beginners classes are ideal for getting you started on your yoga journey, however please do not be put from attending the drop in classes also, as you will be given clear instruction and support at all classes.
