After practising yoga for decades I finally decided to teach it 14 years ago. With advanced qualifications from The British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance, I currently teach specialist classes for those living with cancer, and a class for Long Covid on behalf of the NHS. My general Hatha Yoga classes are offered online via Zoom and at The Self Centre in Bury St Edmunds. I teach the British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course 1 for those wishing to expand their knowledge of yoga and for those considering teacher training, and I am a member of the faculty at Simon Low's Yoga Academy teacher training in Spain. Yoga has been my passion for over 40 years and I love to share this wonderful discipline and my passion for the human body and mind with others. I don't go in for elaborate acrobatic style yoga, focusing instead on creating an environment that will maximise people's health and mobility for as long as possible. This involves balancing strength and flexibility, activity and rest, mind and body.
