Take time out to immerse yourself in a day of yoga from 9.30 - 5.30
The day will begin with a 90 minute yoga session and after a short break there will be an hour talk by a guest speaker on areas of health and wellbeing such as EFT (emotional freedom therapy) Balancing hormones with herbs, diet coaching, Kinesiology and other therapies to support us in our day to day.
An hour for lunch either to enjoy the local places to eat or bring a packed lunch.
After lunch there will be two hour yoga posture workshop. This is an opportunity to explore what challenges us and consider what what is an authentic practice. One where you understand the needs of your mind and body in the moment and accept where you are today.
After a short break with day will close with yoga nidra. Deep relaxation where your body and mind can process and align itself with the experience from the day.
Mats, blocks, blankets and bolster are provided.

I have 30 years experience of teaching and practicing yoga. I am trained with British Wheel of Yoga and have also worked with many inspiring teachers in the Uk and abroad I would say that my style has a dynamic fluid approach to hatha yoga.
You can do yoga and mindfulness with me in South Wimbledon or privately either 1-1 or in small groups. I also teach On-Line, live classes and mindfulness. I offer sleep coaching.
