A themed workshop to detox, relax and cleanse for the coming year. Connect with some mindful seasonal inspired yoga and learn how breathing (pranayama) can facilitate cleansing and detoxification. Experience some traditional and less common (yet awesome) yogic practices designed to refresh your body, mind and soul. Enjoy mindful giveways and the experience of treating yourself to a whole three hours of 'you time'.
