'Step up your Asana!' is a great opportunity for a new experience to discover your limits on the mat while working towards a specific posture with fun. These sessions are designed to refine your posture-alignments or to work in a specific region of your body. You will be surprised to see how accessible even a challenging posture is for most of us. Even though they are advanced and intensive sessions, these classes are for mixed levels & abilities unless notified otherwise. 'Step up your Asana!' sessions are for those of you who want to go deeper in his/her posture knowledge in a small group with full of my individual attention. Expect a longer (2 hours max.) and stronger practice than usual which will be followed by a deep relaxation at the end. Places are limited and booking required through advance payment.

I offer my yoga classes to both genders, all ages over 18 and all abilities. I teach hatha yoga in a progressive scheme with many options to suit both those new to yoga and those with experience on & off the mat. By following the aims of the yogic principles and the yogic branches and aspiring to experience them through safe, continuable and gradually developing stages, practice becomes progressive, regulated and beneficial.
YogaCrow aims guiding you to raise your awareness of your body, mind & emotions. It also motivates you to achieve your own goals through modified or challenging posture practices created for every single one of you individually. I offer a professional and safe guidance for you to develop an advanced physical, mental and emotional practice by building up a good foundation of balance, strength and flexibility on & off the mat. YogaCrow is an idea to share the thoughts, feelings and experiences about total well-being.

I am a First Aider and fully insured to teach by the British Wheel of Yoga.
Classes are for all and mixed abilities.
Beginners & Advance Practitioners are welcome.
Yoga equipment is provided but feel free to bring your ones.
Always contact me prior your first class or arrive early to have time for your register. It's essential for health & safety reasons.
