I love yoga and am passionate about sharing the benefits of practice for physical and emotional wellbeing. I discovered yoga as a means of relaxation and relieving stress and physical tension at a time when my mind and body were maxed out. At first the effects were purely physical (or so I thought) but over time yoga has changed my perceptions of myself and my surroundings and led me to some life changing decisions.
My classes are Hatha yoga based, suitable for all with a focus on alignment and building strength, flexibility and balance – and having fun! Weekly classes run in Wirksworth, Carsington, Middleton and Tansley. Visit www.nickymumfordyoga.com for details of class times and venues.
I hope to see you on the mat :-)
