Come join in the releasing of what's pulling you down and reset for the month ahead in our group ceremony under the energy of the full moon.
We will enjoy a relaxing guided meditation, some gentle movement and finish with a releasing fire ceremony in the great outdoors surrounded by the countryside and healing moonlight.
This class is open to all.

When it comes to yoga I'm mainly self taught and can't praise it enough. I am completely in love with yoga & couldn't fathom life without it. I know first hand how it can save lives and completely transform a person and so to teach is an absolute privilege & pleasure.
