This course is suitable for mixed abilities (beginners and regular yoga practitioners). Each class is planned to focus individually on strength, flexibility and balance and includes a range physical asanas, breathing techniques and meditation.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Ashtanga yoga is a combination of dynamic postures which is led by your breath to create an intensive body/mind workout.
Pranayana's yoga classes are suitable for people of all ages and abilities (total beginners to intermediate yoga students). You will be offered variations for different levels of strength and flexibility. Each class is designed to allow you to explore new poses, learn correct alignment and techniques to improve balance, endurance and flexibility.
