Happy Back Workshop - introduction Level 1

An introductory session to learn more about how to keep your back happy!

We’ll spend time looking at the anatomy and physiology of the back, common injuries and how to prevent them, and spend time learning stretches to release and strengthen the key muscles. You’ll leave with a good understanding of your spine, musculature and how to gain confidence in strengthening your back safely in a way that works for you.

Feedback from a previous session: “Excellent few hours working on stretches etc. to ease lower back issues at a dedicated back workshop, very friendly environment and all very well explained throughout. Highly recommended.”

*All attendees are required to complete a detailed confidential spinal health questionnaire to make sure we can cater for your particular issue – if your back issue is serious, and under medical supervision, this workshop may not be suitable*
