Winter is a time of withdrawal and reflection but for many of us it also brings illness and stress. The lack of sunlight can be a problem for many and the change from warm to cold can cause chills and make us more susceptible to infection. This workshop will invclude practices for healing both ourselves and others using Kundalini Mantras.

I have been teaching hatha yoga for over 15 years and Kundalini yoga since 2010. Yoga is more than a physical workout and I am passionate about the philosophy and more subtle aspects of yogic practices as well as enjoying the benefits of a regular asana and meditation practice.
