I teach Hatha Yoga and Guided Meditation and also run yoga dance classes in the Derby (East Midlands, UK) area.
I offer group classes, and 1-1 or 2-1 private classes and Zoom lessons.
The classes are beginner friendly, and I give modifications to suit your ability and needs.
I am an international Yoga Alliance Certified yoga teacher.
