This workshop gives you the tools you need to open your heart and truly heal yourself from the inside out. Through applying eastern practices into the western psyche, you will find a deeper connection with what you are storing within your physicality and the contents of your psyche. This practice will empower you to live life gracefully on all levels.
This 2 hour workshop will be a heart-centred workshop, focusing on your innermost truth; a perfect place to deepen your practice, reconnect with your beautiful soul, and set your intentions for what you wish to manifest.
By the end of the workshop you will leave your old self with integrity, and step into your true and higher power with more understanding, ease and softness all the while remembering that everything you needed has always been inside of you.
The session will start with meditation and a journalling session, some pranayama, followed by a vinyasa flow and sealed with a deep rest. Please bring a notepad and pen for journalling session. Yoga mats and props are provided. All levels welcome. Book online on www.yoga-with-jen.com

I've started practicing yoga around 6 years, just after my dad was diagnosed with cancer. Yoga helped me to take some time out for myself and later on deal with the grief. I noticed how I changed, my body as well as my mindset and my stress levels. Over the years I have tried many different styles of yoga with different teachers but have a lot of my roots in Ashtanga yoga. Last year I started a 1 year yoga teacher training with a yoga school in London, where I have learned an awful lot about anything yoga related as well as about myself.
I have also just completed the pre- and post-natal yoga training with Appleyoga which included Baby yoga and Baby massage which I'm teaching in a private setting. Why not host your NCT group and split the cost and make a social gathering?
I offer Vinyasa flow classes in a group or private setting. Pre- and Postnatal and Mummy and Baby Yoga classes to be offered later on in the year. I'm looking forward to teaching you and getting to know you.
