Cultivate a strong and healthy hOMe yogic practice with personalized meditation, basic asanas, powerful mantras and essential pranayamas. We will work through 2 30 minute sequences that are easy to follow and 2 different meditations that can be modified in a variety of ways. Q & A session and a variety of take away resources are included. All levels welcomed, beginners loved!
