This weekend course is aimed at people who have practised Iyengar yoga for at least 3 years and would like the opportunity to work on the asanas in more depth. Asana class followed by a short break followed by recuperative/pranayama class 8am to 1pm both days. All yoga equipment provided. Please note cost is for yoga tuition only.
