With this workshop we'll safely play with, explore and find how to feel comfortable with preparation for inversions: placing weight on the crown of the head, releasing into handstand from downward facing dog, finding space and release in shoulder stand, playing with headstand possibilities. This workshop can help you find a way to access these postures. You don't need to be able to do them already! There are modifications that will work for you if you prefer a gentler version of the postures. We will all enjoy some of the easiest and utterly relaxing inversions, like Feet-up-the-Wall (Vipariti karani).
A basic experience of yoga might be helpful for this workshop. Be prepared to be playful! Openness and willingness to be receptive to ourselves at a deeper level than we are used to in our ordinary lives will also help with the experience.

I have been teaching yoga for a number of years, working with individuals, classes and at the workplace. I love the study of anatomy and how muscles work, and the possibility of letting go and allowing the tensions of the body to be released - thus improving postural habits and breathing patterns as well as strengthening and improving flexibility.
