Join me for an afternoon of yoga and guided medtitation. We will practice yin (long holds) and yang (slow flow) yoga poses to connect with our heart, throat, third eye and crown chakra. Closing with a blissful yoga nidra.
Starting at Anahata, the heart centre, where physical and etherial energy meet and mingle. We will then continue our journey up to crown, as we move the energy up we learn to become more intiuative, to listen to our inner voice and also be open to the universal guidance that is always there when we need it.
We will create space in the chest, upper back, neck and shoulders. Learn simple yet powerful breathing and meditation techniques to bring clarity to our busy minds.
Afterwards please stay for tea and homemade raw chocolate truffles

Hello! I’m Viv. I have been practicing yoga since 2005, and teaching since 2012. I run VNC yoga from my home town of Marlow, Bucks and am certified to teach Mandala Vinyasa, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Rocket, Vinyasa flow, Yin yoga, Pre and post natal yoga, Restorative yoga and Hypno Birthing.
I teach both group and one-to- one classes, as well as workshops and corporate classes in Marlow and the surrounding counties. I also organise and run yoga retreats in the UK, Spain and the Greek island of Santorini.
Yoga and meditation have always been my passion; it is where I find my calm, my truth and my spirit.
