You are not alone! A 2 hour session for women to come together to learn more about this important and rarely discussed lifestage, and to learn some new techniques and tips to take away to practice at home.
We'll talk about the realities of the menopausal stages and share stories, walk through options for support both medical and non, and use varied yoga techniques including Asana and Nidra to explore which paths work for us at each stage of the journey.

Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, Zen Yoga classes are inclusive, safe and fun. Held in North Wiltshire, classes and workshops are based on the Vinyasa method, where Asanas (poses) build strength and flexibility quickly.
