Mindfulness for Wellbeing Course in October from Thursday 3rd of October 6.45pm-8.45pm.
This 8-week mindfulness course with Kusum Mongia, will help to train the mind to pay attention to daily life in a richer way. In the process, it will enable to assist you, to still the mind. In this stillness, you will discover clarity and space for creativity and productivity as well as emotion regulation. We intentionally respond rather than habitually react to life.
The group will meet on the following dates from 6.45pm-8.45pm; October 3rd, 10th, 17th, 31st, November 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th.Sessions will be held at The Yoga-Lounge.
The investment for the course is £225.
This investment includes 8 sessions of 2 hours each and 7 packets of mindfulness wisdom for yours to keep.

I am a FRYOG yoga teacher (www.friendsofyoga.co.uk) and I have been teaching yoga since 2005.. I teach at my own studio set in a woodland environment both hatha and flow yoga. I also run Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra (Deep Relaxation) classes once a month. Events, workshop and retreats are organised by The Yoga-Lounge.
Class numbers are limited to ensure individual attention. One to one tuition is available. Classes are suitable for all, as you are encouraged to work at your own pace.
