I run regular Saturday morning workshops at Grittleton Village hall. This is a chance to deepen your practice, whatever level you're at. The sessions include asana (posture) work, breathing and an extended relaxation. We also enjoy a break mid-morning for a cup of tea/coffee and biscuits and a chance to chat. I am a BWY trained teacher (500 hour Diploma) and have been teaching since 2016. I offer steady-paced classes with a mix of asana (posture) practice, breath work and relaxation. I focus on an approach that helps to calm the nervous system and I encourage students to move mindfully. I am passionate about yoga and have been practising since 2001. Each year I attend regular training sessions to deepen my understanding. In 2022, I completed a Masters degree in The Traditions of Yoga and Meditation at SOAS University.
