Fiona Law teaches yoga classes and a range of workshops on yoga topics, and I offer bespoke 1-1s and retreats. Viveka Gardens is my Retreat Place founded in 2016.
Trained and long-time practitioner in the Sivananda tradition, I have been teaching regularly since 2001. I'm also trained in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and facilitating Yoga Nidra. Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals with 500 YTT. I also have and advanced diploma in Coaching offering support for you on your path.
