Pranayama is the formal practice of controlling the breath, which is the source of our energy force. The workshops focus on 3 pranayama techniques that will benefit those suffering from stress, anxiety and depression.
1.Breath Retention: Kumbahka
2.Humming bee: Bhramahri
3.Alternate nostril breathing: Nadi Shodhana
The workshop is suitable to beginners, held at instructor’s home studio in Edgware HA8, it is 80% practical and 20% theory workshops. It will include yoga poses to prepare you for the breathing techniques for the day. Booking is essential, limited capacity.
