Props for Yoga Workshop

A 2hr workshop to learn the purpose of props in yoga, how they benefit our practice, teach us to deepen into a posture and when we should let them go. So often in a yoga class you are given props, choose to use them, or are maybe even a little unsure of why you have them sitting next to you. This workshop will negate any questions and bring to light the purpose of this objects. Spaces are limited, book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Hannah's teacher training includes 240hrs with AppleYoga accredited course with Yoga Alliance and a part training in Iyengar Yoga. Ongoing CPD including Movement Mediation with International Yoga Teacher Shiva Rae.

Hannah has honed her own style of Vinyasa & Iyengar yoga. She teaches students to embrace the element of joy in yoga and to deepen their self practice, whatever level they may be at.
