RELAX AND RESTORE YOGA DAY RETREAT

The Relax and Restore Retreat Day is an opportunity to take time out for just one day to focus completely on yourself.
A whole weekend yoga retreat may not be possible for you right now, so I am delighted to offer this Saturday Yoga Day Retreat as an alternative.
Beginning at 10.00am and finishing at 6.00pm this is the perfect way to take a time out and recharge in beautiful peaceful surroundings just 60 minutes from central London.
In addition to the re-energising and rebalancing yoga sessions and a workshop, you will have the opportunity to relax in the Sauna or take a leisurely swim, walk in the extensive grounds of St Leonards Forest or find a quiet spot to truly unwind and just take some time for yourself in the wonderful surrounding.

Patricia Ezechie has been practicing yoga for over thirteen years and holds yoga teaching qualifications from the Sivananda School,The British Wheel of Yoga and the Birthlight Trust and ahve recently completed a PGCert in the Psychobiology of Stress.

Patricia was a Director and Customer Relationship Marketing Consultant to blue chip companies for over 10 years, before developing Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, which she suffered for over 2 years before discovering yoga as the key to her recovery. This is where her passion for sharing the benefits of yoga to all has come from.

Patricia teaches classes, courses, workshops and reatreats both in the Uk and abroad, specialsing in Stress Management

Her success has come about as a result of her ability to combine the skills she had developed throughout her career with the interests and talents that she developed along the way, and having the courage to take the step to do something about it.

She is committed to introducing others to the benefits of yoga and how it can help them to exist better in the world, how it can enrich their lives, and how it can help them to stay connected, maintaining both physical and mental health.
