I am a yoga teacher who has been developing my yoga practice over 40 years. I began practising yoga regularly as a child and I qualified in 2005.
I have also been a teacher in adult learning for 30 years and have decided to concentrate more on my yoga teaching from this point onwards.
I also enjoy growing my own vegetables, travelling, hiking, camping and, of course, being with my family and friends.
