De-stress, unwind and come home to yourself with this deeply relaxing and nourishing class.
Yoga nidra is a meditative state, like a guided relaxation, which is used for calming the nervous system, as well as for personal transformation and healing.
Restorative yoga is based on simple stretches, that use the supports of props (bolsters, cushion etc.) so that you can stay in the position for some time, and receive many benefits e.g. release of long-held physical, mental and emotional tension, relax muscles, release connective tissue holding, develop self-awareness, soothe the nervous system, calm the mind.
This class is a great experience for anyone, not matter what your age, mobility or level of yoga experience may be.
