Take a day for you, a day to recharge, a day just to be.
Join me for a peaceful day of yoga, meditation, relaxation and peace.
We will begin the day with a slow vinyasa flow, a little yin and an introduction to meditation.
Then we lie down for a guided meditation (yoga nidra) to release and relax the mind.
A light, delicious vegetarian lunch will be provided. There will also be plenty of homemade raw chocolate truffles for dessert :-)
We close the day with yin yoga, a slow mindful practice to connect deeply with the connective tissues of the body, we hold the poses for 1-5mins.

Hello! I’m Viv. I have been practicing yoga since 2005, and teaching since 2012. I run VNC yoga from my home town of Marlow, Bucks and am certified to teach Mandala Vinyasa, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Rocket, Vinyasa flow, Yin yoga, Pre and post natal yoga, Restorative yoga and Hypno Birthing.
I teach both group and one-to- one classes, as well as workshops and corporate classes in Marlow and the surrounding counties. I also organise and run yoga retreats in the UK, Spain and the Greek island of Santorini.
Yoga and meditation have always been my passion; it is where I find my calm, my truth and my spirit.
