Join me in a workshop to begin your 2020 on a positive note. Set your intention for the year ahead, take some time for yourself and learn more about yoga: the benefits of a regular practice and beyond the asanas (poses). We will look at the 8 limbs of yoga, practice some meditation and pranayama (breathwork) techniques, go through a vinyasa style flow ending with a yin style restorative practice giving the nervous system time to rest, and a deeply nourishing savasana.

I began practicing in Perth, Western Australia and completed my 200h Teacher training with Ashtak yoga School in Thailand. Over the years I have practiced Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin and hot yoga in Australia, New Zealand, Thailand and Ireland.
I teach Vinyasa in Abbeystrewery Hall in Skibbereen Tuesday 8pm and Thursday 7am and run workshops.
