"Calling All Sisters"
Being a great advocate for the collective movement of journeying back to the heart & Seva (selfless service) Faye wanted to bring a sisterhood together with that very intention, to create a togetherness among women, to provide support & unity through the tools of yoga in the true sense of the word, (unite, yoke, bind)
Introducing SSS Soul Society Sisterhood. SSS symbolises all sides of a triangle congruent. The sides of our Sisterhood triangle being the top edge as Soul and the sides as Mother Earth & Society.
Each month Faye & special guest sisters will bring our Sisterhood together with an intention much like the in and out breath, an equal attention to Soul (in breath) Society & Gaia (out breath)
Aptly our first month together is all practices yoga, mantra, pranayama, asana & meditation lead by Faye to “Awaken the Goddess”
Our first Seva is that we have two shoe boxes to fill with little gifts to go to brother & sister orphans in Uganda for Christmas. Each Sister is asked to bring little gifts for each box. A ceremonial giving/blessing will take place at the end of our session and a photo of us and a few words of love will be added ready to send to them in time for Christmas. 🎁

Thank you for taking the time to find out more about Sam Ross Yoga.
All of my classes are suitable for all levels of experience from complete beginners to more experienced yogis. Some classes are more focussed on the beginner experience and I have indicated that in each class description on my website. Every class is designed to be flexible, allowing each student to fulfil their potential with progressive challenge over time.
My knowledge and understanding of anatomy and physiology has been broadened and deepened by my work as a holistic & sports massage therapist. This helps me to find modifications for people wishing to practise yoga for the first time as part of their rehabilitation from injury.
I strongly believe that yoga is for everyone. One of my big loves is sharing yoga with people who didn't think yoga was for them. I aim to make my classes completely accessible and enjoy working with students of all ages and abilities.
You don't have to be flexible to practise yoga - in fact if you aren't flexible then you SHOULD practise yoga!
