Do you want a day with a difference – a day of peace, yoga, rest, relaxation, lovely views and good chat and conversation. Come away feeling rested and alive. These are days of yoga and relaxation for you – just as you are. Doesn’t matter if you are new to yoga or rusty.
We start with a gather in the parlour over tea and then move into a yoga workshop lead by me Samantha Coe for one and a half hours – it will be tailored to you and your body. We will be in such an uplifting setting – a room with space and lovely views. Morning cuppa is followed by a workshop of your choice in a posture clinic – we then have lunch and free time to explore the grounds or come with me and walk on a guided walk and pranayama (breathing practices) or chat or take time to journal! We end with a supremely relaxing guided relaxation called Yoga Nidra – a deep rest. We gather ourselves together over afternoon tea and then head home. The day is £80
