Love cycling or running? Find it hard to stretch well after exercise?
Here's your opportunity to devise a personalised stretching sequence in a safe and supportive environment using yoga-based stretches, that will help you keep your body happy!
In this session, we learn what impact cycling and running has, have a closer look at the anatomy and physiology of the body and then move onto the practical movements that can be learned to stretch and strengthen the muscles that really need it after your ride or run.
Aimed at most levels of runners or riders. No previous experience of yoga is necessary, and all but those with the most severe injuries are welcome.
All mats, props and blankets are provided. Please bring a bed pillow with you.
