Adam is a yoga teacher, writer, and mentor who empowers his students in self-care. His classes are a blend of vinyasa flow and restorative yoga that leave the body and mind awakened and refreshed.
Join Adam for a Super Special Yoga Pop Up Class with Heather Yoga which will be Live Streamed from our virtual shala.
Bring care, kindness and compassion to body and mind while stuck at home. Adam will bring all of his favourite yoga tools to flow, strengthen, stretch, and relax, modified to to anywhere from your living room to your kitchen. Expect a few challenges, a few laughs, and a restful ending. Have a few cushions, blankets or towels ready to go.

Heather Yoga is situated in a beautiful converted Victorian warehouse along with vegan eatery Dandelion Café in Saltaire, West Yorkshire - a historic Victorian model village & Unesco World Heritage Site. A dedicated centre for yoga, vegan food and holistic health alongside a multi-use events space for local community groups and businesses.
Heather has been teaching for over 9 years in UK & India, including being an educator for trainee teachers and is the owner of Heather Yoga – a yoga school & centre based in Saltaire West Yorkshire.
Heather enjoys the exploration of body & mind wellness & sharing her knowledge with others. Her ongoing 14 year practice of yoga has become an integral part of her life. She has practiced & studied with many teachers including her main teacher Jason Crandell who she has also had the opportunity to assist him on his visits to UK.
Heather teaches dynamic Alignment based Vinyasa & Hatha styles, Ashtanga Primary Series, along with Yoga For Sports, Yin & Restorative drawing from her various influences from the different schools of yoga, the philosophical texts & the teachers she has practiced with. Her classes are accessible & authentic, mindful & meditative, supportive & nurturing and inspiring with a focus on correct breathing and posture awareness.
Her training began on a four month trip to India at the end of 2010 which saw her undertaking a 200 hrs Yoga Alliance Teacher Training course in Goa. After qualifying at the start of 2011 she stayed on to work at the yoga school – teaching classes on a regular basis and assisting the main teacher with adjustments in class. She then spent the next 4 years returning to the school as one of the main teachers – teaching asana, posture workshops & specialising in Anatomy for Yoga whilst completing her 300 hrs Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Certificate.
She is constantly growing & evolving by practicing various styles of yoga, regularly attending workshops & trainings, and reading books & articles to further her knowledge & understanding. She recently completed another 300 hours training, this time with her teacher Jason Crandell, and also holds a 100 hours Teacher Training certificate in Meditation. Heather loves the fact there is always further to go in yoga and is happy to be a dedicated eternal student on the yoga path.
