Two hours workshop on Deep Relaxation Yoga Nidra from 6.00 to 6.00 pm to find balance of body and mind The practice can help stress, invite clarity of insight, promote emotional and physical healing. All levels and abilities welcome. When you attend the workshop you'll receive the elementalyoga cd "The Heart Space" recorderd by Giulia for your home practice. I like all forms of yoga that aim at nurturing and balance the whole individual promoting health and spiritual growth, including chair yoga for the less mobile. I work with all ages and specialize in Ante and Postanatal Care, and have worked with many children
