If we want peace one should strive to cultivate a limitless heart. The cultivation of loving kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity (the four sublime states) is a foundational practice for breaking through to states of peace. Be it a ballad of liberation, the greatest love song to oneself. Neuroscience confirms that we can cultivate our compassionate response. In this experiential workshop we will practice strengthening these four sublime states through our neural networks. Suitable and accessible for all, together we will aim to reach these states through sound, somatic movement, restorative yoga and meditation.
