Having been a yoga-obsessed teen trying to teach myself from books in a pre-internet age I finally started going to yoga classes in my mid-twenties.
I love the feeling of physical well being as well as the mental clarity my yoga practice brings me, the desire to share this practice led me to explore teacher training options.
In 2016 I completed the British Wheel of Yoga 5oohr, Level 4 Teaching Diploma and the BWY 60hr module in Teaching Yoga to Children and Teens.
My classes include asana, relaxation, some breathing practices and meditation. I aim to create a safe place for students to explore yoga postures and make them work for their individual bodies and to relax and take a moment (or 10!) out of their busy lives.
I am fully insured and have valid First Aid at Work and DBS certificates.
