On this two part course Catherine will guide you through the basic principles and techniques of hatha yoga, savasana ( final relaxation) and meditation. You will receive direct experience and understanding of yoga, how a yoga class is structured and pranayama (breathing techniques) also included is explanation and demonstration of the key asana's, and their English and Sanskrit names, such as downward facing dog (Adho Mukha Savasana) and sun salutation (suri namaska).
