An extra special Mellulah Day Retreat at this beautiful sculpture park in Dorset. We will have exclusive use of the retreat, our own lake, riverside setting, tree swing and roof terrace. We also have access to explore the whole park during the afternoon walking meditation. This setting is pure tranquility and beauty in nature that can not be expressed until you have seen it!
The day will include an delicious vegan lunch prepared by resident chef Rachel and sourced from the parks own kitchen garden.

10.00am Arrive at the park and take the pretty walk to the Retreat
10.30am Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Saira Francis
12.30pm Vegan lunch by the lake, on the roof terrace or inside by the woodburner if wet
1.30pm Walking Meditation around the Sculpture Park
2.00pm Sound Healing Workshop
4.00pm Tea and Vegan Cake
4.20pm Closing Meditation
4.30pm Retreat Day Ends
