This deep, flowing practice is a series creative namaskars, exploring the elements of Water and Air through the graceful dance of breath and movement. We begin with series of water element, hip opening sequences, creating a sense of letting go, flow, fluidity and grace. We embrace the new year with a sense of freedom, able to flow with life’s natural rhythm and current. Our practice expands with a series of air element, heart opening namaskars, cultivating a feeling of lightness, love and joy. Our hearts unbounded and joyful, able to experience and express love in the world and within ourselves.
This sweet practice will be blended with breath awareness, relaxation and meditation; an experience enhanced by the serene ambiance of the Self Centre, fairy lights, rose petals and aromatic oils.
