Kundalini Yoga is a combination of mantra, gentle and more challenging postures, movements synchronised with powerful breathing, deep relaxation and meditation.
In this workshop you will be introduced to all these elements and learn how they might be powerful in your life.
Along with strengthening of the immune and nervous systems, improving muscle tone, as well as flexibility Kundalini can be great for relieving tension, anxiety and blocked emotions. You should leave the workshop feeling full of energy as well as an overall feeling of peace and serenity.
The practice of this yoga is great physically but more importantly can give you the strength to deal gracefully with life’s challenges. Many people find it to be quite a transformational practice.
We will talk, move , breathe relax and meditate.
