We Are Yoga for Sport is the perfect workshop for you no matter what sport you are passionate about: Cycling, Running, Swimming, Tennis, Hiking, Football, Rugby, Golf, Cricket, Athletics etc. Yoga is a great supplement that will:
– Strengthen weak muscles
– Loosen tight muscles
– Teach you to relax and de-stress
– Help you to stay focused and calm
– Overcome niggles and prevent long term injuries
– Improve your general health and you will sleep better!
Kirsten will take you through a class with physical postures, breathing exercises and a guided relaxation. No previous experience of yoga is necessary – you will leave in better shape, feeling totally relaxed.
Kirsten is an experienced yoga teacher with background in physiotherapy. She teaches yoga to all levels of sports people from beginners to world class triathletes.
