A range of treatments are be available during the weekend to support your wellbeing and relaxation: holistic massage, aromatherapy massage, pregnancy massage, reflexology & Japanese face massage. These are optional extras for an additional cost.

I have been teaching yoga since 2003. I am trained to teach yoga to children and adults of all ages and physical abilities. I run each class and retreat so that everyone can work at their own level of ability or yoga experience.
My students include corporate clients, schools, hospitals, people with special needs, care home residents and, of course, private individuals - for whom private sessions can be arranged. Based in Caterham, I teach in Surrey, London, Sussex and on Zoom.
