This is an 'intro workshop' to look at 'tools for wellbeing' to help cope with the stresses and struggles of everyday busy life. You will learn basic skills and take away handouts so you can apply these in your own time to help manage your stress/anxiety etc - and help break the cycle of negative emotions and behavior.
There will be the opportunity to talk to qualified practitioners on the day who specialise in Emotional Freedom Technique, Meditation & Yoga and Positive Living. You will also have the chance to find out more about offers on individual packages or workshops/events that will be held locally in the future.
If you wish to take the first steps to be a 'happier you' this is a great start- in a safe, relaxed atmosphere with people that care and come from the heart with their work.
