In this worskshop shiatsu techniques will be integrated into a restorative yoga practise designed to help with symptoms of perimenopause, menopause and post menopause. You will learn about balancing the hormones and nurturing self care techniques

Stephanie and Julie have both completed Meridian Yoga teacher training. Julie completed her final project specialising in Yoga for Menopause and Stephanie is a qualified Shiatsu practitioner.

Julie Gurr Yoga


Julie has over 30 years experience of yoga, learning from teachers trained in Iyengar, Scaravelli inspired, and Satyananda Yoga. She completed her initial yoga teacher training in Still Flowing Yoga, a mindful, somatic, approach to yoga, and has recently completed a further training in Meridian Yoga which combined Scarevelli’s teachings with an awareness of energy channels in the body.
Julie's teaching integrates what she has learnt from different strands of yoga but is mainly inspired by Scaravelli’s approach.
I believe yoga is an inward journey. Expansion and space in body and mind are found by releasing and letting go of any ‘doing’ in asana, breathing, and meditation practice.
