Women and their birth partners are shown practical ‘tools’ for working with pain through the three stages of labour including touch, movement, basic massage, breathe and relaxation The aim of these three 2 hours workshops is to explore the three stages of labour and help everyone feel more positive about birth and confident in their abilities to cope with labour.. I Fully qualified as British Wheel of Yoga Diploma tutor, My style of Yoga is influenced by my further studies in Yoga and Mental Health,Mindfulness as a Therapy. Pranayama the science of breath and Yoga for Backs Health. I like all forms of yoga that aim at nurturing and balance the whole individual promoting health and spiritual growth, including chair yoga for the less mobile. I work with all ages and specialize in Ante and Postanatal Care, and have worked with many children
My favourite styles are Satyananda, Integral and Anubhava Yoga.
