This 2.5 hour session will explore and work on the tight hips and hamstrings which can result from cycling and running.
We will work deep into the muscles to release and rebalance tight areas as well as exploring strengthening postures which help prevent injury.
*BONUS* You will recieve a handy post-training yoga sequence to continue benefitting from the yoga you have learnt after the workshop

Stacey teaches invigorating, dynamic yoga classes, which will leave you feeling strong, flexible and grounded. Classes are strongly influenced by Ashtanga so expect lots of movement, and a physically challenging practice!
All levels are welcome to all classes though, so even if you have not tried yoga before come and give it a go. All you need is a mat and an open heart and mind!
