Join marathon runner, and yogi, Helena to learn ways to stretch and strengthen your body for running. Yoga is great to incorporate into your training, helping to prevent injury, recover quicker, breathe more efficiently and become an overall better runner.
These monthly workshops include breathing techniques, moves to strengthen muscles and deeply release tight hips and hamstrings. You'll learn tools and techniques to improve your running and enjoy some delicious restorative relaxation.

I was drawn to yoga to help find some calm in a busy, stressful life. Yoga has helped me to transform my physical and mental health; avoiding injury when running and playing a huge part in my recovery from anxiety, stress and depression. Yoga has supported me through pregnancies, birth and motherhood. My classes take all these things into account!
